Notte buia e tanto nera

come di un cavallo la criniera,

come i puntini delle coccinelle

o quando in ciel mancan le stelle,

è anche il colore dell’oscurità

che a tanti bambini paura fa

ma io vi dico ed è pur vero

che è solo un colore,questo nero.
